Absolute & Explosive Strength
Heavy lifts build strength. Jumps and throws teach you to express it with speed, control, and confidence.
Integrated Performance connects strength, mobility, power, coordination, and conditioning in training built around you.

Why I coach this way
My path into coaching was not the usual one.
Before coaching, I studied Applied Economics, which taught me to notice how systems respond, where effort matters, and when the plan needs to change. Human movement makes that lesson much more interesting.
That perspective shapes every session. I watch how your strength, mobility, power, coordination, and conditioning work together, then adjust the training as you learn, adapt, and grow.
Integrated Performance
Integrated Performance trains the qualities behind athletic movement: strength, mobility, power, coordination, and conditioning, developed as one connected practice.
Coaching, observed closely
Every session gives me useful information: how you create force, control range, find rhythm, and recover. I use it to adjust the work so your training stays purposeful.
You get structure you can trust, variety that keeps you switched on, and room for the satisfying moment when a difficult skill starts to feel like yours.
One tool, many lessons
The kettlebell is one tool in the method, and an especially honest teacher.
Load, timing, balance, speed, and attention have to cooperate. A swing develops power. A press asks for control. A flow links positions into a moving puzzle that keeps body and mind in the room.
The best training gives your body a problem worth solving.
Three styles, thoughtfully combined
Each asks something different of you. Together, they create an athletic practice with enough structure to progress and enough variety to stay interesting.
Heavy lifts build strength. Jumps and throws teach you to express it with speed, control, and confidence.
Focused strength work develops muscle, joint control, and reliable positions for athletic movement.
Skillful kettlebell sequences develop coordination and conditioning while giving your attention something better to do than count down the minutes.
Three ways to train
Start with the setting and support that suit you now. The same Integrated Performance perspective guides all three.
